Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every service you purchase from us. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

At Supreme Success Educational Consult, we are committed to delivering quality educational services. We understand that plans can change, and we have structured our refund policy to be fair to both our clients and our operations.

This policy covers all paid services including exam registrations, tutoring programs, admission support packages, document preparation and any other service offered on our platform.

Before service begins

If you request a refund before any service has been rendered (exam not yet registered, tutoring not yet started, or application not yet submitted), you are eligible for a full refund minus any third-party processing fees.

Partial service rendered

If work has already begun (e.g. exam registration submitted to the board, tutoring sessions delivered, or documents already prepared), we will refund only the portion of the service that has not yet been performed.

Completed services

Once a service is fully completed — exam registration confirmed, full tutoring course delivered, or admission application submitted — the service is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.

Non-deliverable circumstances

If we are unable to deliver a service due to circumstances within our control (e.g. missed registration deadlines on our part, scheduling errors), you are entitled to a full refund or a reschedule at no extra cost.

How to request a refund

Submit request

Send a refund request via email to supremesuccess01@gmail.com or through your dashboard within the applicable window.

Review

We review your request and confirm the service status within 3–5 business days.

Refund

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
